SPECIFICATIONS
EXTERIOR.
• Private, closed residential complex and swimming pool.
HOUSING - FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE.
• Foundation through slabs of reinforced concrete.
• Structure with wrought pillars of reinforced concrete.
• The separation between housings is formed by solid bricks of 15 cm of density.
FACADE.
• Facade capuchina treated with mono coat. Thermal and acoustic isolation.
BASEMENT.
• All buildings will dispose of a basement dedicated to parking with automatic door and control switch.
• Ample storage rooms.
ROOFS.
• The roofs will be even inverted and passable for private, pedestrian use, treated with water proofed asphalt sheets.
• They will be thermally isolated with a layer of polyurethane foam projected in a homogeneous manner and finished with terracotta tiles.
COATING - FLOORING AND TILING.
• Lounge, bedrooms and corridors floored with white marble Macael.
• In kitchen and bathrooms, non-slipping stoneware of best quality.
• Kitchen and bathrooms coated with tiles of first quality and finished with a decorative, matching perimeter border.
• In main bathroom big mural built-in mirror.
TERRACES.
• On the exterior terraces will be placed a flooring of terracotta tiles at right angles.
• The terraces will be supplied with a drainage system with drainpipes.
INTERIOR COATING.
• Interior painting granulated on the vertical faces and plain distemper on the horizontal faces.
• The entire housing will be adorned and plastered with plaster casts on walls and ceilings.
• Plaster on ceilings of bathrooms and kitchen finished with plastic colour, washable plain.
CARPENTRY - EXTERIOR CARPENTRY.
• The exterior carpentry will be of aluminium of best quality lacquered in white.
• Slatted shutters of PVC in white.
• Security doors as access to the housing of one folding leaf made of wood and varnished in its own colour. They will dispose of a spy hole.
• The doors from lounge to terrace or bedrooms to terrace will be sliding doors of aluminium of best quality lacquered in white.
INTERIOR CARPENTRY.
• Interior doors will be wooden folding leaf doors glazing and embellished in white.
• The built-in wardrobes will be totally finished in their interiors with sliding doors of plain wood embellished in white.
INSTALLATION - PLUMBING AND SANITATION.
• The sanitary devices will be brand Roca or similar.
• All the fixtures will be chromed mixer taps, brand Ramón Soler or similar.
• All the interior installation of hot and cold water will be realised with copper pipes, protected in all its length with an isolating shell. The drainage net will be realised with approved PVC and all the drainpipes are counting on ventilation and are supplied with acoustic, isolating material.
KITCHEN.
• The Kitchen will be furnished and equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic hob and extractor hood.
