• Facade capuchina finished with mono coat on reinforced comcrete. Thermal and acoustic insulation.
COATING - FLOORING AND TILING
• Lounge, bedrooms and corridors floored with top qualtiy marble.
• In kitchen and bathrooms, non-slip stoneware of best quality.
• Kitchen and bathrooms coated with top quality tiles and finished with a decorative, matching perimeter border.
• Master bathroom with large built in mural mirror.
INTERIOR COATING
• Interior painting granulated on the vertical faces and plain distemper on the horizontal faces.
• The entire housing will be adorned with plaster casts on walls and ceilings.
• Plaster ceilings of bathrooms and kitchen finished with plastic colour washable plain.
CARPENTRY
EXTERIOR CARPENTRY
• The exterior carpentry will be of aluminium of best quality lacquered in white.
• Slatted shutters will be of PVC painted in white.
• Security doors as access to the housing of one folding leaf made of wood and varnished in its own colour.
They will have their own spy hole.
INTERIOR CARPENTRY
• Interior doors adorned with glazing and embellished in white.
• The built–in wardrobes will be totally finished in their interiors with sliding doors of plain wood embellished in white.
INSTALLATIONS -
PLUMBING AND SANITATION
• The sanitary devices will be brand Roca or similar.
• All the fixtures will be chromed mixer taps, brand Ramón Soler or similar.
• All interior installation of hot and cold water will be realised with copper pipes, protected in all its length with an isolating shell.
• The drainage net will be realised with approved PVC and all drain pipes will make use of ventilation and acoustic isolation material.
