SPECIFICATIONS
EXTERIOR.
COMMON AREAS.
• Private, closed residential complex with gardens and pool.
• Elevator access from underground parking.
HOUSING - FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE.
• Foundation through slabs of reinforced concrete.
• Structure made with wrought pillars of reinforced concrete.
• The separation between housings is formed by fabrics 15 cm in density built of solid bricks.
EXTERIOR FINISH.
• Facade capuchina finished with mono coat, interior filled with mortar, air chamber for thermal and acoustic insulation.
BASEMENT.
• All buildings will dispose of a basement dedicated to parking with automatic doors and control switch.
ROOFS.
• The roofs will be evenly inverted and passable for private, pedestrian uses, treated with waterproofed asphalt sheets.
• The roofs will be thermally isolated with a layer of polyurethane foam projected in a homogeneous manner and finished with terracotta slabs.
COATING - FLOORING AND TILING.
• Lounge, bedrooms and corridors floored with white marble Macael.
• In kitchen and bathrooms, non-slip stoneware of best quality.
• Kitchen and bathrooms coated with tiles of first quality and finished with a decorative, matching perimeter border.
• In master bathroom large built-in mural mirror.
TERRACES.
• On the exterior terraces will be placed a flooring of terracotta tiles at right angles.
• The terraces will make us of pans and drainage will flow through drainpipes.
INTERIOR COATING.
• Plaster on ceilings of bathrooms and kitchen finished with plastic colour, washable plain.
• Plaster casts on walls and ceilings.
• Interior painting granulated on the vertical faces with primer and plain distemper on the horizontal faces.
CARPENTRY - EXTERIOR CARPENTRY.
• The exterior carpentry will be of aluminium of best quality lacquered in white.
• Security doors as access to the housing of one folding leaf made of wood and varnished in its own colour. They will have their own spy hole.
• The doors from lounge and bedrooms to the terraces will be glazed aluminium sliding doors in white.
• Slatted shutters of PVC painted in white.
INTERIOR CARPENTRY.
• Interior doors will be of one folding leaf made of wood with glaze and embellished in white.
• The built–in wardrobes will be totally finished in their interiors with sliding doors of plain wood embellished in white.
INSTALLATIONS - PLUMBING AND SANITATION.
• The sanitary devices will be brand Roca or similar.
• All interior installations will be realised with copper pipes, protected in all its length with an isolating shell.
• All the fixtures will be chromed mixer taps, brand Ramón Soler or similar.
• The drainage net will be realised with approved PVC and all drainpipes are counting on ventilation and lined with acoustic isolation material.
