Introducing HOME SEARCH - a service that saves you time, effort and hard cash.
It works like this
- You contact us with your property requirements, budget, timescale etc
- If we are satisfied that we can find suitable properties for you we take all your details and register you on the scheme
- Our Home Searchers search the market, view suitable properties and update you on our findings Home Searchers have extensive local knowledge and are on good terms with other agents, both official and unofficial, working in the area requested
- Once we have found a suitable property we email details and photos etc and recommend viewing
- If you decide to view we can arrange accommodation and car hire for your visit. We have found property for clients and dealt with their purchase when they have not had time to visit to view but have purchased solely on our recommendation.
- If you wish to purchase we will advise you of our opinion of value. We negotiate on your behalf the selling price and the other points which are equally important when buying in Spain
- We recommend that in any purchase you instruct a local Spanish lawyer. If you wish we can arrange introductions to fluent English speakers who will act in your best interests. We will provide full details of the purchase
- We can also assist with finance if needed with arrangements in the U.K. or Spain
WE DO NOT MAKE ANY CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE. IF YOU BUY A PROPERTY FROM OUR REGISTER WE RECEIVE OUR NORMAL COMMISSION FROM THE SELLER.
IF YOU BUY A PROPERTY FROM ANOTHER AGENT WE HAVE INTRODUCED YOU TO THEN WE RECEIVE AN INTRODUCTORY COMMISSION FROM THAT AGENT.
