You decide how long your visit to Nerja will be and where you will stay. We will help wherever needed.
We can provide information on flights, transport, hotels and self catering accommodation. We will help with the bookings if you want us to and if needed we'll collect and deliver you to Malaga airport.
Being part of Team brings us a great many sole agencies and many properties are only available through our agency. In addition we have good working relationships with the majority of reputable agents in the area and we are able to show you their properties as well. When we know your requirements we'll search the market to find all the properties which will be of interest to you. You then tell us which you want to view.
We'll take you to see the properties at times to suit you. We'll also explain fully the buying and selling procedures and costs.
When you find the right property you'll need a Spanish Bank account and a Spanish lawyer. We'll give you information on a range of both Banks and Lawyers, tell you which are fluent in English and we'll introduce you personally to your choice.
Most Buyers pay a Reservation deposit of € 3,000 euros ( £ 2,000 ) when they find their property. This takes the property off the market whilst their lawyer checks and deals with the legalities. If these are at fault then the Reservation deposit is returned.
