Sell your Property with Team España

Team España, based in Nerja, is pleased to offer a " self-sell " service designed for those who feel they would like to sell their property themselves, recognise the need for professional marketing and promotion and would like to minimise costs. It is best suited to those in range of our Nerja office.

We charge a marketing fee and provide a range of services. These services provide a comprehensive marketing programme and applicants are directly passed to the owners for viewings, negotiations and sales.

a ) Sale Particulars are prepared which include several photos of the property, a general description highlighting it's features and the Seller's telephone number. These are distributed from our Nerja office.

b ) The Property will be advertised in one of the Team Espana's colour adverts in local magazines every month until agreed sold for a maximum of 6 months. The adverts are for the properties for sale in our Nerja office.

c ) The property will be included on our highly optimised website www.teamespana.com which advertises properties registered in our Nerja office.

d ) The Sale Particulars will be passed to applicants in our Nerja office responding to adverts or the web site, to applicants on Team Espana's mailing list and to callers at the office. The details will also be promoted within the Nerja office.

e ) A " For Sale " board including the Nerja office telephone numbers will be erected at the property if required.

These are the standard marketing tools we use in our Nerja office to attract applicants to buy properties.

Clients using this " Self-Sell " service will have the same advantages.

Once the applicants are found in our Nerja office they will be put in direct contact with the owners who can then proceed to make their own arrangements for viewing and agreeing sale terms.

Our Marketing Fee is payable upon the commencement of our Services and is NON RETURNABLE regardless of future actions and regardless of whether or not the property is sold through any channel or withdrawn from the market.

MARKETING FEE - 1% OF THE ASKING PRICE
The marketing fee is payable ( in pounds sterling or euros ) to Team Espana. and is subject to IVA at the prevailing rate.( IVA is the Spanish VAT and is currently 16% ). Example. Property price 100,000 euros. Self Sell fee 1% being 1,000 euros IVA 160 euros. Total selling cost of property at 100,000 euros is 1,160 euros.

Any " self-sell " clients are welcome to change to our full estate agency service at any time and to receive a full 1% discount in addition to any money paid on the Self Sell scheme.
